Master the 'why' behind great espresso
Private, expert-led barista coaching for experienced home baristas and budding professionals who want to go beyond the basics — delivered live over Zoom and tailored entirely to you.
This is not a beginner course. It's for people who already know their way around an espresso machine and are ready to go deeper into the theory and technique behind a brilliant cup. If you love experimenting with juicy light-roasted single origins, or want to draw out specific flavours from your favourite blend, learning to manipulate temperature and pressure is essential — and that's exactly what we'll work on.
