Pulling a balanced shot — reading the espresso and adjusting for the perfect extraction.
Milk texturing
Steaming and texturing milk to the silky microfoam needed for flat whites, lattes and cappuccinos.

The full café menu — from espresso and long black to the milk-based classics — made to order.
Commercial machines
Confident operation, cleaning and care of commercial espresso machines and grinders.
SITXFSA005 (Use hygienic practices for food safety) is a prerequisite for this program. You'll need to provide evidence of this before starting the training. Don't have it yet? You can complete it through our Food Safety course.
