When and how will I receive my Statement of Attainment (Certificate)?

For Monday to Friday courses, your Statement of Attainment (Certificate) will be issued by close of business on the same day, once you have been deemed competent. You will receive an email notification confirming that your certificate is ready to access via your Student Portal.

For weekend courses, certificates will be processed and available by the next business day.

Is your Food Safety Course nationally recognised?

Yes, all our courses are Nationally Recognised and approved by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).

When do I have to pay and how can I pay?

All public course bookings require full prepayment at the time of registration. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express – no surcharges apply)
  • Company Cheque
  • Direct Deposit

Please note: No additional fees are applied for credit card transactions.

Can I cancel my course?

Cancellations are permitted with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the course start date.

  • 7+ days’ notice: Eligible for a 70% refund of paid course fees.
  • Less than 7 days’ notice: No refund will be issued, and all fees will be forfeited.

What do I need to bring to a course?

Government issued photo ID and wear comfortable clothing, no suits or skirts is recommended.

Can I bring an interpreter to the course?

Yes, please advise us prior to the course so that we can make suitable arrangements.

Is it possible to get training in group?

Do I get a receipt for my course?

Yes, this is provided in your Course Summary email, emailed to you at the time of your booking.

How many people will be in the group course?

We try to limit the number of students in our courses in order to give adequate personal attention. There is a limit of 15-20 students per class.

How long does a course take to complete?

Each program has its own schedule designed to maximize your learning experience. You'll find the specific duration listed in the detailed description of each course within our Courses section.

Is a course Tax deductible?

If you're undertaking your course for work-related purposes, you may be able to claim the training expenses in your annual tax return.

Additional benefit: Nationally Recognised Training courses are GST-free, meaning you pay only the base course fee without additional tax.

What happens if I lose my certificate?

Misplaced your certificate? We offer two convenient solutions:

  1. Digital Replacement - Receive a free PDF copy via email
  2. Printed Replacement - $30 fee for a reprinted and mailed certificate
